Hi folks, just a gentle heads up from me, regarding posting etiquette in our community.
SDN is not just a help "forum", we are building a positive, pro-active community, a place where anyone, regardless of skill level can share, learn and progress.
We have some of the best technicians in their fields willing to help but they can only do that if we cooperate and give all the information we have to hand, especially when dealing with vehicle specific requests.
PLEASE ENSURE THAT ANY VEHICLE SPECIFIC REQUEST HAS REG, VIN AND ALL PRIOR TESTS DONE & RESULTS INCLUDED IN THE ORIGINAL POST.
REG & VIN SHOULD BE TYPED (NOT PHOTOS)
If you're posting, include as much information as you possibly can, even if you think it's irrelevant. Don't be afraid to post, we all started somewhere and nobody is going to take the piss (unless it's me posting and I'm fair game
)
If you have tested something but the results don't make sense, don't leave it out, it may help promote a discussion on testing methods
If you're replying, please be courteous and kind, the OP may not know what you need to help and may be nervous about posting. We are all here to get away from the dramas of Facebook and other groups and engage with like minded people, in a positive manner.
Cheers folks, stay safe out there, be kind, work together #StrongerTogether
