Hi there,

It seems there may have been a glitch in the matrix regarding access to certain functions and areas of the portal.

Public members are subject to the highest restrictions and their posts , replies & DM's need moderator approval each time to prevent spam.

Subscription members should have full access to DM and portal sections relevant to their subscription immediately.

Apprentices have full access to everything minus vehicle specific plus their own private room.

If you think there's something wrong please message me via DM on here @Steve SDN or via email to technical@simplydiag.net as we want you to get maximum benefit from your membership.
