Hi I have Kia Sportage 2013. Radio screen stay on after locking car. Any idea what can be a problem. No fault code on system.

Press the reset button on the headunit. Its a small needle button. A pen works great
 
I had a problem before with i40 and someone on here sorted it for me with good info. Otherwise I would be still looking for the problem. It was something to do with radio and something else staying on. Was water ingress in folding mirror switch due to heavy rain coming in window night before. Disconnect folding mirror switch and see if radio then switches off.
 
As above the switch contacts for the folding mirror switch on the drivers door will be corroded, you should also have no central locking working if you check that then this is your issue for sure. The switch unit can be got seperately from the window switch
 
Hi thanks for all. Central locking works fine, passenger mirror was smashed. Is changed now for second hand. All networks going to sleep. I can’t find any activity. Where’s display on radio stay on battery draining 1.2 amp. That was costumer complain. Thanks for all helping. I check car again on Wednesday and let you know results.

Could it be similar to the VW's where the S contact fails.??
