Ha anyone come across this warning before, Texa diag not showing any faults and the live data reading all seem normal. Vehicle has had a static regen carried out. Any help much appreciated

Moderation Problem? Tag me please
It could be it's reached its end of service life, soot load too high, pressure too high, oil quality poor etc etc, how many miles has it done?
You're in a tough spot with no DTC or live data sticking out it's hard to know.
I'd definitely be looking at it with another tool.
There's also the possibility it's had a fault code or poor DPF delete at some point - this is happening more and more.

Thanks for the reply Steve. All the readings looks normal. Van had done 100k,(sales van from next door) he is popping it to ford. These new transits are really causing me grief, waiting for ext months pay so I can get a cable for FORScan hopefully that will shed some light on these 16reg onwards transits.
